Q: Why is my computer not recognizing the cable?
A: Sometimes the computer needs a kick-start to recognize the cable. To do this, simply disconnect both devices, disable antivirus if you have any then turn off both devices. Re-insert the cable into your external device output (ie: GPS, Printer, Barcoder etc.) and turn the external device on. Finally re-insert into your computer and then restart it. And then turn the antivirus back on. Usually this is all it takes to recognize the cable but if this does not work then please give us a call on 01638 662889 and we will be happy to help you .
